What is TelStrat and what is its global presence?
TelStrat was founded in 1993 as a provider of OEM products for Nortel, Cisco, and other major telecom equipment companies.
We released our first TelStrat-branded call recording solution, iDVR, in 2001. Since then, we have continued to evolve and advance the product in subsequent years ? adding new features and platform compatibilities, including Avaya, Cisco, and Nortel.
In 2005 we added Screen Capture and Agent Scoring, while re-branding the product line as CallParrot. In 2008, we introduced 'Engage Contact Center Suite' to better capture the breadth of capabilities to have a new market focus. The original CallParrot products became Engage Record, Engage Capture, and Engage Score.
