Cognizant acquires Belgian advisory, analytics firm Hedera Consulting

Nasdaq-listed Cognizant has acquired privately-held Hedera Consulting, a firm specialising in business advisory and data analytics services across a number of industry sectors, for an undisclosed sum. Following the acquisition, Hedera Consulting has now become a part of Cognizant Consulting.
The purchase further expands Cognizant’s consulting, business insight and digital transformation capabilities for clients in Belgium and the Netherlands.
