Apple app lets users access cash from strangers

Apple is said to be working on a new app that allows use of nearby strangers as mobile ATMs.
The report said, the idea for what Apple called an 'ad-hoc cash-dispensing network', was that users launched the app and tapped in how much they needed.
The software uses location details of the user and broadcasts the request to notify people in vicinity about the user's predicament.
When the request is accepted by someone, the borrower is told the lender's location, from where the cash can be picked up.
Other variations of the idea include a map which shows would-be bankers with either a star to say they had accepted a user's request, a question mark to say that they had not or a cross to say they had declined, according to the report.
Once users meet their creditor, they confirm on their iPhone that the transfer had taken place and their iTunes account is debited, according to the report.
