With the launch of Flow-briX, Wipro has taken another step toward positioning itself as a prime solution provider in the media and publishing domain, while fulfilling the company's mission to create efficiencies for clients through the deployment of innovative process consulting services.
Through its great flexibility, Wipro's Flow-briX provides customers with an end-to-end solution supporting rapid customisation and integration with existing software tools and products for soft-proofing, pagination and other publishing specific tools. The Flow-briX framework will help publishers track, monitor and manage work more effectively, substantially reducing the time and cost of solution deployment.
With Flow-briX an organisation can define model and remodel its processes with great case. Flow-briX facilitates communications between multiple software tools while enhancing employee collaboration, seamlessly coordinating every step of the publishing process.
In addition, the framework enables the cost-effective implementation of tailor-made solutions flexible enough to integrate either with publishing tools available in the market or with legacy systems.
“The launch of Flow-briX will help Wipro Technologies position itself uniquely in the media and publishing domain as a provider of end-to-end solution,“ says Wipro Technologies CTO M Divakaran. “Flow-briX is a one-stop shop for a sturdy yet customisable pre-press solution.“
Wipro Technologies had recently announced that Friends Provident, one of the UK's most successful and progressive financial services groups, has selected Wipro's application security product, Wipro Websecure, to protect its e-commerce and web-based intranet application.
Friends Provident is deploying WiproWebsecure as an identity and permission infrastructure product across its entire enterprise providing their customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders with a secure environment for accessing personalised knowledge and services.
Wipro assessed Friends Provident's enterprise-wide e-architecture and suggested a comprehensive enterprise security framework. WiproWebsecure, with single sign-on and fine-grained level access rights, had provided the complete protection to information.
