'Yamaha One' show rooms to be pivot of Yamaha India's marketing

New Delhi: Yamaha has set up an interactive design studio to enable biking enthusiasts to explore the world of Yamaha two-wheelers available internationally. This is Yamaha's largest customer outreach initiative allowing the customer easy access to Yamaha's products and services available in India.
The show room is the initiative of Yamaha Motor India Sales (P) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yamaha Motor Co Ltd Japan. Equipped with a YZF-R1 sound stimulator and other state-of-the-art facilities, Yamaha hopes to create a community of bikers to share their experiences.
Inaugurating the first Yamaha One showroom in South Delhi, H Yanagi, CEO and MD, Yamaha Motor India, said, "Yamaha One will be an integral part of our strategy as we shift focus from utility to experiential biking, seeing biking as a lifestyle experience. We will introduce Yamaha One across major metros and urban centres over the next couple of years." Yanagi also presented John Abraham, Yamaha's brand ambassador, with a 1000cc Yamaha YZF.R1.
The first company-owned showroom in New Delhi occupies three floors that showcase the global scale of Yamaha. One floor displays Yamaha's complete international range of products, including motorcycles, ATVs, accessories, apparel, and much more. The second floor offers the range of Yamaha products available in India. A separate floor has been dedicated to the YZF-R1 sound stimulator and other state-of-the-art facilities.
"Yamaha One has been designed to highlight the thrill of biking and we will also organise sessions at Yamaha One with biking experts to introduce customers to the finer nuances of biking," disclosed T Maeda, director, marketing, Yamaha Motor India Sales (P) Ltd.
