Education the key to attracting talent globally

How can you become more competitive in attracting and keeping the best people? Organisations that can provide career development opportunities will have an edge, making corporate education a key strategy for thriving in this environment. This might range from developing a corporate institute specifically for your company, through to all levels of external study and internal learning and development. Simply, the best people want to get on; and 'getting on' means learning more. 

Competition for skilled talent is expected to become more intense as we move out of the global economic malaise as growth picks up in India and Asia, and returns to larger economies such as the USA, the UK and Europe.

Money is always an important consideration, but not the only way to be competitive. This new generation of managers and executives will also scrutinise your credentials in terms of career opportunities and job satisfaction. They will want to know how much learning and development is available to them, from certified education right through to Masters' level.
